Delivery Information

 Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery, if you receive any item(s) in manufacture defective condition citing your order reference. In such cases, customer(s) will have to return the item(s) to us, at our Registered Address, at their expense and risk of loss. On receipt of the return, we will arrange the replacement for the same and that may take 5 to 10 working days. We will send the replacement at our cost.


·        If we unable to replace the item(s) due to unavailability or any other reason, we will refund the relevant amount (including relevant shipping charges, if any) in full, if already paid in advance.

·        Refunds for damaged items in shipping and transit are not permitted.
